And what is that if not to unite? One of the concepts that for me has been key in defining, understanding and applying yoga in my life is to be in balance: as the perfect union between mind, spirit and body.
Yoga has been action and stillness, being open to constant change and other ways of conceiving the world. It has taught me when to let go and surrender but to get back up and try one more time.

I am a 200hr yoga teacher by Shivasloft with over 500 hours teaching experience. Trained in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, I currently teach from beginner to advanced classes with special emphasis on alignment and strength training.
