About Me
I am a 200hr yoga teacher by Shivasloft with over 500 hours teaching experience. Trained in alignment-based Hatha Yoga and dynamic Vinyasa, I currently teach from beginner to advanced classes with special emphasis on breath work and strength training.
As a profesional visual and performance artist, my classes incorporate dynamic sequences that aim to liberate the creative energy stored within the body. I believe that by embracing movement, students can break free from mental blocks, open themselves to new perspectives, and learn to trust their instincts breaking through limitations.

Creativity to me, is not confined to artistic practices alone; it's a way of living. I encourage my students to approach their practice as a canvas for self-expression. Whether guiding beginners or seasoned practitioners, my intention is to create an inclusive and nurturing environment where everyone feels empowered to explore their practice as a journey of self-discovery.
Trainings
Online
Online classes offer flexibility in terms of scheduling. You can choose a time that works best for you allowing for a more convenient and consistent practice. This can be particularly beneficial if you have a busy schedule or specific time constraints.
Personal
Personal yoga classes can be a great way to address specific concerns or areas of focus. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, build strength, manage stress, or work on a particular pose, I will design a customized practice to meet your individual needs.
Business Yoga
In the fast-paced and often stressful modern life, the concept of Business Yoga offers a range of benefits that extend beyond the physical realm, promoting mental clarity, emotional resilience, and a better overall well-being.
